How can I make my order?
Through our website, e-mail or social media (in the last two cases you have to mention the article’s reference and size and give us your name, VAT number and address).
La Sirène informs that prices charged on www.bikinilasirene.eu may vary from the prices in the physical stores. All promotional campaigns have a limited stock. As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. In case the information is not correct you can ask immediately for its change, or even, the cancellation of the purchase made.

 

What are the payment methods I can use to pay my purchase orders?
You can pay your orders in our website through credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Paypal. In case you order directly through our e-mail or social media, you may also pay by bank transfer. Your order will be processed when we receive your bank transfer confirmation.
Secure payments: It is perfectly safe to enter your credit card details on any purchase made on www.bikinilasirene.eu, since all data will be entered on a Secure Server (SSL) that encrypts all confidential data relating to your credit card. Often Internet frauds happen with cards or information from stolen cards in the physical world and then misused online. We advise you to only use your credit cards in trustworthy establishments and that you do not divulge partially or totally the information contained in them.

 

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you haven’t paid yet. If you already payed but your order hasn’t been sent yet please contact lasireneeurope@gmail.com.

 

Cancellation of orders with Credit Card
In the case of orders paid using credit, partial or total, the credit agreement is automatic and simultaneously resolved without compensation (Article 8 of Decree-Law 143/2001 of 26 April, as amended by DL 82/2008 of 20 May).

 

How does the shipping works?
The shipping is made via CTT.
For orders over 5 items or weighing more than 5 kg, they may be subject to an additional shipping charge. This condition is only applicable to shipments to the islands by air via the EMS 18 shipping method.

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Yes, you will receive a number to track your order after its expedition

 

Can I exchange/return my order?
La Sirène accepts the exchange/return of your articles within a maximum period of 14 days. The article must come under the same conditions in which it was sent and do not show any sign of use (there is enough rigor in this condition due to the type of article in question). You should send us an email with the model, color and size for which you want to make the exchange. The value must always be equal to or higher than the value of the product initially purchased.
The transportation costs originated by the exchange or return are borne by the customer. The exchanges made in our online store, are restricted to the stock existing in the online store at the time of exchange. When exchanges are sent outside the European Union, La Sirène is not responsible for delays and customs costs. These are at the customer's responsibility.
In case of return of the order, only the value of the article (s) is refunded, thus excluding the value of the shipping costs. Returns will only be accepted within the stipulated time and exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How much time do I have to make the exchange?
The deadline to exchange the goods is 14 days from the date of receipt. The piece should come with the label and the protection together with the invoice.
